Yumetics incorporates artificial intelligence ("AI") to provide calorie counting, recipe generation, and related recommendations. AI-generated outputs are automated, may contain errors, and are provided solely for general informational purposes. Yumetics makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yumetics disclaims any responsibility or liability for any harm, loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, AI-generated results. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all information before acting upon it.

Yumetics Terms and Conditions

These terms ("Terms and Conditions") constitute the specific conditions of a legal agreement between you, hereinafter referred to as "User," and NEXT MOVE DIGITAL, operating as "Yumetics" on the other side.

1. Object

"Yumetics" is a mobile service providing a platform to edit photos and videos with AI in seconds.

Yumetics offers the following services:

Daily/Weekly subscription, which activates automatically upon confirming the subscription on the Yumetics mobile site (yumetics.com).

2. Conditions

This service is exclusively available for users in %country%. Users must obtain permission from their mobile carrier to use this service.

3. Service Description

3.a. Subscription

The subscription service allows users to access the Yumetics platform for editing photos and videos with AI. The subscription fee is %currency% %price% per %period% (incl. VAT) and WAP connection charges.

To join the subscription service and access the platform, click the subscription button on the Yumetics mobile website. Once confirmed, subscribers will be redirected to the platform.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless unsubscribed. Users can terminate their subscription anytime through their personal menu by clicking the Unsubscribe link. Yumetics reserves the right to terminate the subscription at any time.

5. Payments

The total cost of the subscription service is displayed on pages where users can sign up for Yumetics. The cost will be charged weekly or daily, as specified by the mobile operator, with a maximum price of %currency% %price% per %period% (Incl. VAT), depending on the subscription.

Postpaid users' costs will be added to their mobile phone bill. Prepaid users must ensure sufficient credit on their prepaid card for subscription and/or purchase.

Fees may vary by mobile operator. The exact price, along with service conditions, will be displayed before subscription or purchase.

Access to the Yumetics website via mobile connection (3G or 4G) may incur additional navigation costs, dependent on contracted rates with the mobile operator. Yumetics is not responsible for these costs.

6. Service Access

Only individuals of legal age and emancipated minors (over 14 years old) can apply for and contract Yumetics. Unemancipated minors require parental or legal guardian authorization, with parents or legal guardians being responsible for their acts. Yumetics cannot replace parental control, and the mobile phone line owner is deemed responsible for all effects.

Users must have the necessary resources (handset, software, internet connection) for Yumetics services. Yumetics may discontinue services for repairs, corrections, and maintenance. Temporary or permanent modifications to specific services or products may occur.

7. User's Liability

Yumetics is not liable for losses or injuries due to inappropriate use of the service beyond its control or caused by factors not attributable to it. Users must not misuse Yumetics services and must respect third-party laws, including trademark rights, patents, copyright, and other intellectual and industrial properties.

The use of Yumetics services for commercial or unrelated purposes described in these Terms and Conditions is prohibited.

8. Yumetics Liability

Yumetics is not responsible for the technical availability or content of third-party Web/Wap/Mobile Internet sites accessed through links on its site. Yumetics does not endorse products, services, content, information, data, files, or any material on third-party websites and is not responsible for the quality, legality, reliability, and usefulness of linked external sites.

Yumetics is not responsible if products or services are not delivered properly due to issues not attributable to Yumetics (e.g., technical issues related to the platform).

9. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All contents, designs, and programming codes inside the Yumetics platform are fully protected by copyright. Reproduction, communication, dissemination, and distribution of any element are forbidden without necessary authorization.

Symbols (logos, fonts, icons, etc.) on the Yumetics website are owned by Yumetics or third parties, and their reproduction or distribution is forbidden without express permission. Copying, reproducing, or using all or part of these Terms and Conditions without consent of Yumetics is prohibited.

Yumetics reserves the right to unilaterally remove, add, or modify any content, services, or utilities on the Yumetics platform.

10. Personal Data
